Ontong Java in the Solomon Islands was taken by Japan today, maybe he will be extending his domain?

He still has not taken Koepang despite landing there days ago.

Landings in the PI, at Bacolod, Roxas, and Tacloban. He is slowly taking all the islands.

Whoa - he lost a lot of engineers at Soerabaja! And forts were only 2! Very bad die roll for him, unless you brought in some really good troops.

Nomad -> RE: May 30, 1942 (10/28/2021 4:12:51 AM)

I don't think there are any units there that did not start there. Note the (-) on fatigue and disruption for him. Those tend to cause destroyed devices and not disabled ones.

I did notice that, but there was little effect on the combat infantry and an unexpectedly high amount on the CEs. C'est la guerre!

Nomad -> A question (10/31/2021 1:33:26 AM)

I have an USA AA unit that has a poor commander. I was going to change him out but I am unsure what is the best skill to choose for.
On one hand it is a Land Combat Unit, so Land skill would seem right. But, it main job is to shoot down aircraft so then maybe Air Skill
would be right. Anyone have some insight on this, or should I not really worry about it? I realize this probably not really worth worry
overmuch about. Just a question that came to mine.

Air skill only counts for maneuvering the aircraft effectively. It does nothing for an LCU. IMO you want land skill and mid level aggression to keep the unit shooting while bombs are dropping.
