we encountered exactly the same problem with my friends. After having to test our maps a long time, we arrived at the observation that the bug of reversed RH came from nationality employed to play... It thus has was necessary us to launch the games with a nationality different from those which we want to play (but making no RH bug on this map), then to pass by "NATION" and to choose that with which you wanted to really play.
