Wild Bill -> (5/18/2000 9:38:00 AM) The higher you raise the number, Stalker, the tougher the AI gets. Enemy units don't die or become suppressed as quickly, they become harder to see, etc. Try this, play a couple of turns in a small scenario with the AI at its default.
