Airforce readines stuck to 10 (Full Version)

Air field level 4. Starting Fighters. Readiness stays at 10 even as i have full supply and there should be plenty of airfield points. Any idea what is problem?

Check availability of workers.

Also click supply button, make sure there is enough transport to send the supplies.

I have full availability of workers, full supply but still readiness is staying at 10. And have been so for several rounds.

Reasiness info shows there to be regain but then after 'Maximination' it goes back to 10.

No idea what this means or what is causing it.

We would need some screenshots of the Bottleneck overlay and unit, or the savegame.

Also, what version was hte savegame created in? A lot of changes regarding logistics requires a new savegame.
