In the Desert Storm DLC Extreme Prejudice, I need to get the SEALs at the Marine base to a specified location for recon. I believe I need to do a cargo mission for that? I'm not figuring out how to make that happen, I select an RP right next to the recon area and make a cargo mission, I add the seals at the base, and then nothing happens.

IIRC the Desert Storm DLC does not use the Chains of War Cargo system (it was released when that feature was still tied to Chains of War rather than being part of the base game like in CMO). So you probably just move the CH-53s to the specified area and keep them there until the recon/transport is triggered (having looked the scenario in editor mode, likely 15 minutes).
