Been poking around and doing some experimental projects here, is there a way to change the Heavy Industrial Points uses by factories? For example, 1-engine would cost 18 HIs and would like to change that. Also like to look at the total production sheets for the entire devices and assemblies as well.
Btw, i think i found the file, but wasnt sure how to open it. Showing blue circle with a wench tool in the middle, but doesnt show anything when i try to open it. What program do i need to open it with??? Seem to be related to Java.
