In WITW there are Swamps that can have ice levels. Since Swamps have lots of water and major rives and lakes can freeze over, do Swamps freeze and have ice levels. If so, how does that impact MPs and CVs.

WITW also had Mountain passes. Is that a thing in WITE2?

It appears it costs 6 MPs to move into a rail/mountain hex (from a quick test). There aren't many of these that don't have average or good roads.

As for swamps, I don't think we have ice level impact on swamps, IIRC.
