Geographical coordinates bug? (Full Version)

Planning a scenario in South America, I have found several times locations with coordinates given such as "S 50.00.60, W 50.00.00". Examples are easily found, but see screenshot.

That "60" should not be possible, should go from "50.00.59" to '50.01.00" - right?

Coords with "60" in the "seconds" column are also not accepted by LUA commands which require long-lat coordinates.

I dont know a great deal about maps...bug or WAD?

Perhaps just a displayed text rounding issue when seconds are 59.5 or above?
