Rommel beat the Japanese to Delhi by one turn. The Germans have been able to reinforce in India but the Japanese have not been. Why? [&:]

My educated guess is non-cooperation rules, which was recently discussed vis a vis Western Allies in Russia also similarly handicapped. The Germans (Italians) & Japanese were never true allies, just cobelligerents.

This reminds me: When I play as Germany and Japan is AI, a Japanese sub always docks for repair at Bushehr (sp?) in the Persian Gulf when it is controlled by Germany, where it never repairs. It just sits out the rest of the war there.

So if I had allowed the Japanese to take Delhi the Germans would not have been able to reinforce? Ironic because both had been reinforcing before India's fall.

DrZom: Yep, just the way it works. Retreat to a own-controlled country to refit/repair.
