Norm49 -> [RESOLVED] Lost coupon on fail transaction (10/3/2021 12:53:13 AM) Hi I try to buy the game on your site using a coupon i receive by mail for being with you for some years. The transaction fail for no apparent reason. Credit card is good i double check the number credit is available. Now if I try again it say i use my coupon. Can i have a new one to replace it? You toke it but never send me the game. Apparently the money was not take out form my credit card.
