duelok11 -> Automatic Primary Allocation of Targets in Strike Mission (10/5/2021 2:19:45 AM)

I recently watched a video where I saw how the mission editor assigned all the targets as primary that instructs the fighters to pick out their own targets. But when trying to replicate this in my custom-made scenario, my strike missions only assigns one primary target instead of all.
Luckily the video creator shares the scenario that he used in the video and to my surprise, the mission in his scenario assigns all targets as primary targets.
I tried checking the EMCON and WRA, but those two are on default and the same in both scenarios.
I have uploaded the 2 scenarios and their images for reference to see the difference between the two.
