A strategic bomber does one hit on, say Metz, would the one point of damage be taken off of Germany's production before being repaired?

As far as I know (and I feel I know very little despite playing the game so much [:)]) you lose 1 point times the economy multiplier so it is more like 2 points lost for Germany.

Maybe their is a sequence of play. Thank you. That is useful to know. Would anyone chime in if they know if repair hit on production center occur before the hit is subtracted from Production or after production?

start bombing does stockpile damage and factory damage at the same time.

Alvaro, the question is: Does Iron and Oil repair happen before or after PP production? In other words, if at the end of the Allies turn a German City is reduced by bombing from 10 Iron to 2 Iron (ie 8 bombing damage) on the German turn will it:

a) Produce 2 PPs multiplied by the German Production Multiplier and then repair from 2 Iron to 4 Iron; or
b) Repair from 2 Iron to 4 Iron and then produce 4 PPs multiplied by the German Production Multiplier?
