In a match I'm currently playing Helsinki harbor was severely damaged when the Finns declared independence and it does not seem to regenerate. So despite supporting Mannerheim no convoy and no MPP for the poor Kaiser [:(]
Is this intentional or a bug?

Can you describe how the damage was inflicted on the port?

I only ask as there are no scripts/settings to do this, so am hoping it was done by your opponent with their navy or air force?

Actually I did the damage sieging the harbor when it was still Russian while destroying Russias Baltic fleet. Then Finland seceded with it already damaged. Not really planning ahead here I admit [8|]

Btw as you are already looking at the game, there was another oddity: despite moving units near Warsaw immediately after Russias fall, I never got anything from Ukraine. Is it possible to look up why ? I'm not sure whether I did something wrong or it was a bug.

Thanks Bavre, I see the issue on the first part regarding the port, this will be fixed for a future update.

By having 4-7 German units near Warsaw, you will be receiving 50 National Morale points a turn. If there are 8-11 then you will receive 100 National Morale points, and if there are 12 or more then you will receive 150 NM points and 50 MPPs.

There are no messages in game about the NM points as they would get repetitive and each batch of 50 would generate a message, e.g. with 12 units there, there would be 3 messages about them!

Ah, I see. Seems I just remembered it the wrong way and expected MPPs to show up in the balance for my 8 or so units.

I've just taken a look at the latest save from this game, and noticed that Ukrainian mobilization towards the Central Powers is at 0%, whereas to receive grain it needs to be at least 1%.

This is very strange as there is a Mobilization_3 script that should move them by 60% towards the Central Powers immediately on the country's formation. Its only proviso is that Germany has not surrendered.

There are similar scripts for the three Baltic States, and I can see they are all at 60% mobilization.

The Ukrainian script is no longer showing in the Mobilization_2 section so it appears to have fired.

I revisited the turn for this game that I'd downloaded last week, and in that the Ukraine was at 50% mobilization, but it is now at zero.

I suspect what has happened is that for some turns, there must have been less than 6 German units within 8 hexes of Warsaw, as the lack thereof will move the Ukraine by 10% per turn towards the Entente.

This represents the seizure of power by Bolshevik or pro-Russian forces in the Ukraine if Germany doesn't maintain forces in that area.

Unfortunately I can see now that we have a discrepancy between the Pop Up Message warning of this, and the actual script, as the former mentions the need for a minimum of 4 units, so apologies for that and I will get that fixed.

The only solution in this game will be to invest some diplomacy in the Ukraine, and hopefully your opponent will be courteous and not contest that.

Maybe the differing number in the popup is because 4 units are needed to get tier one of the effect while 6 are needed to sustain the whole thing? All in all it won't affect the outcome of the game, it just kind of irked me to know the reason.
So all problems solved, thanks for the support!
