for the longest time, I neglected this part of AE and have recently started going into it more and wanted to know what exactly does each skill does for each unit type. I know naval help ships avoid bomb's/Torpedo's but does it affect naval targeting as well? I looked in the manual and only saw changing of leaders. Unless I missed something is there a forum post so I can become more informed or can I get a broader picture of what skill does exactly for each unit thx's
