MarkShot -> Change of OOB - immediate or transition? (11/7/2021 4:04:15 AM) I often use SU priorities to push them up or down. At the same time, I may on a given turn make sweeping changes to command structure (via attachment of HQs; not replacement of leaders). I am curious if OOB changes are immediate, or are there some deferred impact? I am sorry if the question seems vague, but if I could put this more clearly I would not need to ask. Thanks.

Yogol -> RE: Change of OOB - immediate or transition? (11/7/2021 6:32:25 AM) It is my understanding that a unit receives a -1 admin penalty for the turn that it is being reassigned. So, if you attach it to a different HQ on turn 2, all admin rolls for turn 2 are at -1. See 15.5.6 and 21.11.10 of the manual. It is also mentioned in the player's notes in the appendix.
