K62 -> HPE display bug (11/9/2021 1:32:57 PM)

In the combat report the HPE/FPE values are displayed wrongly when < 0.1. Specifically the first zero after the decimal point is missing. E.g. 0.09 will display as 0.9. The values still sort correctly, so it's probably just a display bug.
I can attach a save if necessary but most combat reports for Soviet troops in '41 should show the issue. Hasty attacks will often show it for German troops.
