Historically, in the 1991 Gulf War, all air kills (35) done by US F-15s 120 US and were achieved with AIM-7s or AIM-9s, and
all took place during intercepts guided by airborne early warning aircraft.

To reproduce this in CMO, that means we can use the EWACS to detect/identify target and then F-15 approaches to the target in radar OFF mode until it is within range and then switch RADAR ON and fires AIM-7 or AIM-9?

No, the F-15 still needs to illuminate the target as far as I know. I think the word guided means they directed the fighters to the intercept locations.

Command does model what you're describing, though the vast majority of units are not equipped for it, and I don't think it was around in the 90s. The term you want to look for in the database entries and doctrine settings is "Cooperative Engagement Capability" (CEC).

In '91 the AWACs was guiding the planes toward the target and once the pilots had either radar or more likely visual contact the pilots took over.

I think what you are describing, I think, is as Fido81 mentions - CEC.

Here is the Wiki on it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooperative_Engagement_Capability

CMO does model CEC but the sensors and shooters both need to be capable of it and that doesn't happen in most cases until the late 2010-20 timeframe.

That is true.
