So I understand that rescue groups are not present in the game, however, in this case close to a dozen Ar-196 were assigned to it in Constanta for anti-submarine duty. They first arrived in July 1941 and slowly were withdrawn by the Spring of next year. One of them got shot down by a Soviet bomber and they also managed to shoot down a couple of Soviet planes.

Do you have a source for this claim?
A quick google search came up with nothing

Source is in Russian, describing Soviet raids on Constanta, however, you can look up Ar-196 from this website and see which ones were attached, most of them had IDs starting with CK

very vague details, as far as I understand they operated directly under Luftflotte 4 orders and the rescue unit provided support like maintenance.
Hard to model.

zugeteilt der Luftflotte 4 zur U-Jagd im Schwarzen Meer, der 8. Seenotstaffel/Konstanza zur Betreuung unterstelt.

So clearly for antisubmarine duties, but assigned to 8. Seenotstaffel for support. From there they went to Crete in 1942.
