I am playing vs AI with all the fogs on. Still i can see amount of freight in a depot, their priority.
In addition to that i forgot to turn off supply traces button 8 and i was able to see enemy traces, it means i can recognize where the units are.
Also sometimes even unit are visible.

You can also occasionally see all the enemy units, at least on the minimap.
