I'm running at 3440x1440 on 42 inch monitor. For the most part it looks great, but the text is a bit fuzzy. I played with the unit scaling and still a bit fuzzy.

Not a showstopper. Is this fully optimized to run at 4k resolutions or higher?

If you are using Prefs>Dpi scaling that will cause it to be slightly fuzzy unless you are using 200% DPI, which is only avaiable at 4K resolution or higher.

Best to use the screen resolution change as it will be sharp.
