I don't know if this has been reported.

The manual states that if the Axis captures Leningrad there is the chance to get a
Finnish Corps with 3 Divisions.

I got the 3 divisions but no Corps!

Text is still somewhat misleading, you'll just get the 3 divs

Seems pretty clear to me in both cases.
The I Fin. Corps is in the Finnish theatre box so why can we not get the Corps?
I can always use a extra Corp![:D] I consider this a bug!

when I wrote up the events in the manual I copied the text from the event files, so the error in the text in the event came over into the manual.

I have forgotten to add an errata to the Living Manual about this - but that will be in the next version of the LM.

So not a bug, simple human error by the person who wrote the original text, by myself in copying it and especially by myself in not updating the LM once the actual rules were set out

Worth bearing in mind that Finland actually can't sustain this commitment and keep the Finnish Theatre fully secure, so v unlikely they could have spared the command function in addition. Fwiw, I think you need to send at least one back fairly quickly and another when the intensity increases.
