Krasnovodsk is a NSS. Except the link by port-to-port and then by rail, is there a off-map rail link between hex (377,183) to any rail hex at eastern board? In accordance with Section 25.2.5. quoted below, should the trace had to be done by rail?

Section 25.2.5.:
"A depot will totally cease to function as a NSS if it cannot trace a rail link to another on map NSS. Under these
circumstances it will not prevent unit and hex isolation... " (BTW, no period after 50,000).
