FifthDomain -> Strange Group and Path Finding (12/3/2021 6:35:19 PM)

Evening all

V .37 Beta

I seem to be experiencing strange path finding behaviour and groups splitting apart with ships going on to land. I've included an earlier and later saves (they have just been running longer and longer each time I've not made adjustments to course from first to last save) should be noticeable with most ship groups but especially noticeable with CSG 21 (South West of England, Units off station and going on to land) and Group 144610 (West of Morocco, See A 171 wandering off station). I have set the groups using Formation Editor. Two of the Three Radar sites have also split apart (RRH Mount Alice and RRH Mount Kent [West and North of Mount Alice] Save v5.8.1.1.2.4).

The group CSG 21 seem to fall apart and ungroup all the units and they are constantly trying to return to base despite not been told to and even after unassigning.

Thanks for your time, any further info required let me know.

Cheers

I recently played the Deja vu scenario from the Red Tide DLC. You are tasked with dropping a bunch of mines at the entrance of the Cam Ranh Bay in Viet Nam to keep some enemy ships from leaving the area. They still managed to leave the area by traveling about 5 miles over the land to reach the South China Sea. Clever ships.
