In my present game, after ground striking, a German 3-3 artillery unit does not go back to its hex... this causes the French to over-stack and have to remove a unit.

Two files... before the GS and after, Rail Movement phase.

Using the latest test version, I can't recreate this bug with your gamesave.

It happened to me but with a version like 10 patches ago...
