Hi.
I tried to compare the receiving, requested and max supply&fuel of units when they have standing supply orders 50% ((Using higher HQ setting to 50%)) or standing orders 100% . I do not see any differences.

Max supply/fuel level looks the same. Requested supply/fuel level looks the same. Received supply/fuel looks the same. I see no differences.

I'am not sūre this feature is working. (i'am playing on 1.0.2b official last update).

Best bet is to check Audie's thread; he usually does examine all the inner works and under the hood things.

I have an alternative theory, maybe it is partially working :

Like if a unit have less than 50% supply, it ask to be at 50% supply.
But if a unit have more than 50% supply left, it ask to be at 100%.
