Curious if after wp2 Alvaro has considered a ww1 version?

I remember Philippe Thibaut in his Ageod times not wanting to comment next release until the precise moment, so perhaps we are asking AS too much [;)]

I suspect you could mod Warplan to be WW 1 if you really wanted.
BUT that is a good amount of research.

And well trenches would have to be allowed to be built which at this time they are not.

Strategic Command WW1 does a really good job of WW1. I don't think i could do really better except changing the naval rules.

Also WW1 is not of my interest. The fantasy wargame is going really well. It is the base engine for WP2.

Then the obvious question is, which other historical conflicts are of your interest besides WW2?

Many but I only have a limited resources to make these games so I am picking the ones I always wanted to make.

WW2
Fantasy
Cold War
Space

Maybe an sandbox game like Minecraft or Terraria.

But I will only make games that haven't been made in a certain way before. For example the fantasy game will not play like the 2 big ones out there, Endless Legend or Age of Wonders or Might and Magic.

Well, from the list historical and not WW2 only the Cold War, Vietnam and Korea you mean?

No not specific. I am taking an idea from an older game I really enjoyed. It won't be a hardcore wargame

I would look forward to a fantasy game. Will it include Skeleton Armies,, Dwarfs, Elves?
