How does Axis capture Scapa Flow? The two Irish ports seized by GB?

Scapa Flow you can't unless the UK surrenders...a hard deal to do. The 2 ports in Ireland..well the Germans could either invade Ireland or get them to join diplomatically I would guess to do the job.

Yeah, I kinda figured. Thanks.

This might be something for a future patch: when all cities in England, Scotland, and Ulster are Axis held and no Allied ground units remain, Scapa Flow becomes occupied, unless there are Allied units in those ports.

Shouldn't the two Irish ports revert to Ireland if there are no Allied units in them?

Yeah, you would think so with the Irish ports...revert to Axis or better yet the Irish! Scapa Flow idea of yours good too.
