Hi John,

The process works here for us with both the Matrix and Steam installs. I'm not sure what else to tell you other than to try again. If it helps, the Ops team is back in the office tomorrow and I've asked them to make their top priority getting this out to all customers in installer form and on the Steam beta branch, so that should be available within a day or two.

the .zip file needs to be unpacked inside your game folder, if it does not ask for permission to overwrite existing files then you made something wrong.

Yeah, i have had the same thing. I activated it on Steam but have not installed it via Steam.

The .exe file generates the message.
