boogabooga -> [FIXED B1147.39] 1147_38 Units unloading the square of their cargo (12/23/2021 11:32:08 PM)

In the attached scenario, unload the CH-53's cargo when the scenario starts. It has 7 items of cargo.

In 1147.37: It unloads cargo as ONE infantry unit with 7 mounts, one per cargo.

In 1147.38: It unloads SEVEN infantry units, each with 7 mounts, for 7x7 = 49 total mounts.

But the weird thing is, when the ground units actually fight, the mounts are not independent, they seem to be sharing the same pool of ammunition. But any one unit seems to be able to exhaust the ammo for all of the others.

This is still a problem in 1147.39

Was it listed as fixed? I didn't see it, but that doesn't mean much. Just wondering if it needs to be fixed or its still in the queue.

I don't think it made it to the queue; bad timing on my part to report it two days before Christmas.

Hi,
the issue was fixed and will be in the next update release

It's fixed, but the behavior is very different than before. Instead of unloading one unit with multiple mounts (one mount per cargo), the cargo carriers now unload one separate unit per cargo, with each unit having a single mount. Is that intentional?

Yes, that was a deliberate change.
