My monitor's recommended screen resolution is much to high for TOAW (and I started messing with font sizes, but that became a bit too much editing for my taste). I usually change Windows display settings to a lower resolution when I want to play. What I'm not sure of is that Opart4.ini has a place to set screen resolution, and I set it, but it does not seem to make a difference (it seems the program only uses whatever resolution my monitor is set to). Since I use Steam, I also tried using the -w parameter to set resolution from the launcher, but that did not work either.

It's not a big deal, but curious if anyone had the same issue or ideas about how to have the resolution change when I want to play and set back to higher resolution when done playing.

I'm not completely sure that there's a way to adjust the screen resolution by some settings in the INI file but I've found that if I change the resolution of my display settings TOAW uses that when I open TOAW in full-screen mode. You may not want to monkey around with your screen settings this way but I've found that it's not all that hard to change it back to what you'd rather use after you shut TOAW down. YMMV.

Thank you very much Steve dude. I put the verbage at the bottom of the list and the ScreenX=1440 kept getting truncated off the list. Over and over I tried it. Finally I hit upon moving it to the head of the list and it worked perfectly.

Thanks so much guys! Turned out my screenX and screenY values mixed up.
