I see it now making a reasonable difference since it is more frequent.

One often has one good less attack on an enemy (even more important when the enemy is retreating and we can not have many attacks), and also in difficult terrain such as Finland it can make a huge difference cutting movement by half in some sectors with no road (basically from 2 to1 hex).

You already did with the last patch. I was mentioning how I see it make a difference much more often now.

My opponent and I discovered this in our PBEM game after we updated to 1.00.15. I was wondering what that little arrow meant until I hovered my cursor over it. I agree that it is a great addition and adds another dimension to air power. It is an incentive to maintain a Russian air force as it could be used to slow down the German panzers.

It is now 100% new, but was so rare that it mattered little and players were barely noticing it the few times it happened.

Also, now you can see if you inflict on the enemy (could not before, only if it was on your units).

can you explain this? i have seen the little arrows, i thought it just meant a reduction in combat effectiveness? it effects movement?

Yes it reduces it by 1. Not sure yet if it can happen more than once per turn.

It is not new but now is much more common as Alvaro increased the chances. Also, when you bomb ennemies, you can now see if you inflicted that condition or not on the unit you are bombing. That is new.

The red arrow means that unit was successfully interdicted and will lose opts the next turn.
