hpalmer -> Soviet division turned up 2 hexes NE of Vienna turn 3 (12/30/2021 1:09:17 AM) Was pretty shocked to see a single russian rifle division parked 2 hexes NE of Vienna on turn 3... No idea how that was possible and assume it must be a bug. It had only destroyed rail on the hex it sat on, all hexes around were disabled rail, and had to rail a unit across the map to eliminate it. Very odd!

Seems like an easy way to farm prisoners if they keep teleporting divisions into austria... Maybe the reds have a tunnel through romania and hungary no one has found...
