Aircraft ready times are spread out as if not airpower completely dominates. I feel this is balanced because land units don't use cover, thus are air strike cannon fodder. A relatively small scenario on a very small portion of the possible front.

I made two changes. First, I made many more aircraft ready at the start of operations. They enable movement. I added Rocket Artillery for both. Massively effective which is why I'm guessing you didn't add..hehe[8D] Good job BD! Mike
