Some people saw Russian units warping towards Vienna in the Grand Campaign, but I now have a Russian unit next to... Frankfurt. You can imagine the panic that this caused in the city, commies this close!!!

Seriously, some more information: this is with version 01.02.11, playing the 1941 campaign as Axis.

have you updated to 02.12 - https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=5117554

that fixes the Vienna version of this so *should* stop the other variants too?

revert to a prior save, update to the .12 hotfix and try again.

Marshal Grigory Kulik uses warp to teleport divisions into German cities.
