There is no such information on the game's website and the link does not work there either.

This has been replaced by the 1.02.13 official update, which is now available.

Quick question about self propelled artillery. Do they gain additional benefits over towed arty in hasty attacks? Also, do they have better performance in general? For example, are they less susceptible to counter battery?

IIRC, motorized artillery has a bonus in terms of their chance of getting committed into a battle. As for the actual combat calculations, I'm not sure.

That's just for SU commitments right? Some of them already get armor protection, but it seems like SP artillery elements should get other combat bonuses due to their improved mobility over towed artillery. Probably not the most important item in the grand scheme of things, but I think it'd be neat to see.
