I think this would make sense. In the main campaign, I have to douple-tribble check that I really moved everything I wanted to move. This would put my mind in ease that I am ready to flip the turn. I think that last unit moved is easy to implement, simply refocus the camera on the hex where your last moved unit is. The next unit feature that just goes from up to down (unit by unit) is not that useful. It is nice to have, but I would rather have a listener function that tracks all the units that have been moved during the turn and then checks which units have not been moved and toggles between those unmoved units (assuming that they can be moved).
