I seem to be missing some libvar thingies despite loading all available libraries.

You must use the tables,
check the tide turns scenario weather tables
save as csv and import in Nordwind,
You had the 64 turns weather from 1 to 16 jan.1945 !

The weather tables used are :
38 initial Hex conditions
43 historical overrule
70 variant table

Did you check you check out the DC4 Wiki by Vic? If you need assistance in general, you got my email. Also keen to play test it, naturally.
