scout1 -> Repair / Reinforcements / Upgrade Question (1/16/2022 3:52:31 PM) Is there any specific order as to which occurs first ? Does a unit complete Repair / Reinforcement BERFORE any upgrade ? Would like to be able to repair & reinforce a unit w/o necessarily upgrading it ... For example, would prefer to avoid the upgrade cost for most ships but want to repair/reinforce them ...

For now, a "certain" control can be made with the max allowed for repair/upgrade. But it is very little. In some situations it is a little annoying such as ships that you mentioned, and Fins who have little MP, that must be controlled (or any country that ends up with little MP).

stjeand -> RE: Repair / Reinforcements / Upgrade Question (1/16/2022 5:25:28 PM) OR any country getting low on Manpower. When the Russians are at 70% MP...I would rather just upgrade than reinforce. Sadly it keeps upgrading and the MP goes down and down... As you said it is really bad for any German ally...since they all have low manpower replacement, which makes sense, but it would be so much nicer to say just upgrade for now thank you. Especially for Germany as they retreat back to Berlin. Their MP in 44 is sometimes 30% or less...and an upgrade would do more good than adding weak reinfocements.
