You need to find that equipment item in the equipment list, click it there and then enter zero. That'll remove the whole line.

There are a number of actions which are activated by a right click. First one is "place unit" (provided the currently selected unit is not already deployed) second one is "remove unit" (which will select the unit which was removed).
So, if you want to move a unit, cycle to the "remove unit" action, then right click the offending unit (you can left click to cycle through units in a hex first). Then find the hex you want and right click it.
To place a new unit, find it in the OOB, select it, then you can place by right clicking.
