.15 Hotfix I am unable to move any Air Group from Luftflotte 1 & 2, but can move from Luftflotte 4 Save attached

Think its sorted, I had missed an Graphics Update from GeoForce, seems to be working now....

Not sure what you mean, I'm able to reassign and move units with your save. Can you give me a specific example?

It wouldn't let me move any air group from 1 & 2, but would on 4. Looks like I had missed a graphics driver update. Now updated it works fine and I can move air groups across the board. Thanks for looking though.
