Alter Native -> Bug? 82. Airborne Scenario, II. SS Korps (1/20/2022 2:14:33 PM)

I'm not sure this is intended or a bug, but during the 82. Airborne Scenario, as the axis player, you have the II. SS Korps that starts with 0 action points.
During the next turns they never recover their action points and are stuck at 0 action points rendering them completely useless even though they have- and get fuel and supply.
