Matrix support responded to my initial email very quickly however, they could not reproduce my problem and they suggested attempting to purchase the game via a different device. I originally was using my computer. Next, I attempted to use my IPad however, I received the same error message. Next, I double checked my info already on file, since I had logged on to my Matrix account before purchasing. In that info I noticed that the field listing my phone number was missing 3 digits however, this issue was never directly notifying me of a problem. Once I corrected the phone number, I was able to purchase the game with no problems at all. So bottom line is that even though I had a "required field" missing the required information to allow the transaction, I was never given any message to inform me of the problem, and all I would receive was "Error, Return to Payment Area". Thanks
