I had this weird glitch in the bootcamp one scenario. When the CIDG platoons became unfrozen, I could not target the Airfield hex with the CIDG unit in the village. Everytime I turned on fire (both with control and via the button in the bottom left) the map would jerk and move to the right whenever I hovered the targeting reticle over the objective hex with the enemy platoon. Changing the map settings from screen scroll to the scroll bars fixed the issue and I was able to target the unit and play the rest of the scenario with no issues.

Yes, a known glitch with the Options - Scrolling - Windows Edge

Instead, use Options - Scrolling - Screen Edge.

That will resolve the issue.
