I've noticed in Windhund scenario(not sure if this is true for others scenarios) that AI Difficulty settings bonuses affects German human player(didn't check this this for American player). On challenging setting German units are much faster and and can go much further than on normal AI setting. This bonuses also affects German player in PBEM. So I can cheat when creating a game and turn on AI setting to challenging and have my units much faster. Not sure if combat bonuses also affects german units. This looks like a serious bug
