Would it be possible to add a reload rate to the SA-23 units (#1860, #2277, #2425) in the DB3000? Because currently if you add a magazine with extra missiles to the battery (like is done in the Command live You Brexit you fix it scenario) the launchers instantly reload after firing a missile, presumably because the units in the DB don't have a magazine so they don't have a reload rate.
