You can buy all the DLCs released before the 14th of November 2019. All the others are exclusive for CMO.
In order to install them you'll have to do the following:
1. Download the last update for "Command: Modern Air / Naval Operations - Wargame of the Year Edition" v1.15.7 (Command-UpdateComp-v1.15.7.zip). (*)
2. Unzip the file and run the extracted file Command-UpdateComp-v1.15.7.exe,
3. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select the DLC you want to activate.
Type the DLC serial number serial number.
4. Click in the button "Check Serial".
You should see then the DLC name being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for installing other DLCs
6. Then click on the "Next” button in order to proceed with the installation of the DLCs.
