Joel Billings -> 1.02.19 hotfix for recent crashes (1/31/2022 6:32:26 PM)

I've attached here a beta hotfix with fixes for several recent crash bugs. You need to unzip this into your Gary Grigsby's War in the East 2 folder. This only contains the exe and whatsnew files. It does not include the other data and art files that will be in the 1.02.19 beta installer when it goes out. You should have the latest 1.02.15 beta version installed before you overwrite your exe with this file. You should rename your WarInTheEast2.exe file before you overwrite it in case you want to go back to the 1.02.15 version. If you report a bug with this version, be very clear that you are reporting a bug in the 1.02.19 version. If you get a crash with this version, start a new thread and please attach the zipped up crash dump file. We are releasing this as a hotfix specifically so those of you that have been experiencing crashes can give us feedback on whether this elminates or reduces those crashes.

• Made adjustments to the drop down engine code in an attempt to reduce the chance of rare/random game crashes caused by use of drop downs.
