Crossroads -> CS Community Mods in 1.01? (2/2/2022 1:51:05 PM)

There's quite a few mods already available here, my sincere thanks to everyone who's participated in this!

Here's a thought: Do you want your mod to be already available in Vietnam 1.01?

If so give me a shout here, I will collect the content volunteered to be included and see it is part of the UPDATE.

Of course, that is a baseline, among other baselines. If you continue to update your mod, you can also post the latest version here as well.

I'll leave that up to you to decide if you want to be bothered with them or not. The number of downloads have been quite low, so probably not worth the effort.

I think you ought to bear in mind that there may be a lot of folk like me who whilst enjoying the base game a lot are also really interested in the look of some of the mods that are created for them but have a very low level of IT skills and when it comes to working out how to instal and use mods.

I even had to ask how to instal the 1.01 hotfix :-)

Those folk may not even look at the Mods sub forum due to being uncertain about the use of such privately done mods.

In an official patch it would be much more staightforward for luddites like me via game mod installer so more people may try your mod.

Just a thought.

Yes, I'm inclined to agree, having them available in the UPDATE would be ideal for convenience.

Hi!

In that case, I will leave the devs the decision if they are going to put my mod in the next patch of the game.

If so, I have uploaded the updated version of the mod in the forum.

Thank you!

Here's a link to download the latest version of my mod 1.7 if you decide to put this in the game. This might be the last update of my mod for now(I will continue this if there are unit graphics that I can improve once the next DLC for CSVN has been released). Thank you!

And where is the "Mods sub forum"? [:)]

Thanks everyone, I will look for latest versions here once we start putting the 1.1 update together.

Sorry. I was only half joking. Is there a forum where available mods are listed for CS:VN?

Jim

There is currently no dedicated subforum for the "listed CSVN mods" in the Scenario Design and Modding section.

Crossroads -> RE: CS Community Mods in 1.01? (2/6/2022 3:27:24 PM)

Yes, this ”Scenario Design and Modding” is it, at least for time being. Let us see if we’ll need a dedicated forum at some stage. Here’s hoping! [:)]

Crossroads -> RE: CS Community Mods in 1.01? (2/13/2022 6:15:38 AM)

I will be picking up those mods available to 1.1 UPDATE in a few hours time. Thank you everyone!

Crossroads -> RE: CS Community Mods in 1.01? (2/19/2022 8:08:38 AM)

I am grabbing all the mods with permissions to be included to 1.1 UPDATE today. I notice some mods have their download links removed now so those will be a miss. Maybe for the next UPDATE down the road?

Anyway, thanks everyone, love to see these in the game for everyone soon.

I very much liked your mod, and hoping you've got "a few more in you," as they say! [;)]
