tm1 -> Beta Patches ? (2/9/2022 11:50:30 PM)

When it comes to downloading patches I stick to official ones just to be safe, never downloaded a Beta before, but the current Beta patch has a lot of fixes i need.

I just got over one hurdle with Odessa and the next one is Sevastopol and it looks like .19 fixes GS and Flak issues.

So I'm tempted to download it for my current game.

So I am asking what are the differences with a official patch and a Beta and what could go wrong with a Beta patch.

With out stating the obvious and offending anyone should I have any concerns about it.

regards

Usually beta patches have a lot of new bugs introduced in them in my experience, but this one, .19 is pretty good on that regard. I haven't really seen any major bug that severely harms one part of the game.

Usually I wait a bit before installing the beta but on the times that I do install it early, you'll know to wait a bit once you see me and everyone else start complaining about something big in the tech support thread [:D] (the stuff that's there right now are things you'll probably never have to worry about really).

I am on turn 10 of a .13 game. If I download teh .19 patch will it be compatible with my .13 game?
