eskuche -> RE: żBlack hole of Burma? (2/10/2022 7:03:04 PM) Supply flips from port to main supply. There are certain conditions for main supply to apply to recaptured ports (see, Rangoon at game beginning) but it's finicky as to when it kicks in.
